Its most recent family of switch matrices consists of CANBus-based Integrated Switch Matrices P/N 9D8-420822T and P/N 13D12-4808221. Both are equipped with built-in Ethernet control.

Access to the termination ports via SMA connectors make these switch matrices suitable as building blocks for redundancy solutions, especially when insertion of multiple redundant units into any of the 8 or 12 main network lines is required. This new dual-use technology is implemented with a focus on the wireless market, specifically in satellite ground stations and wireless networking solutions.

The 13D12- 480822T performs up to 18 GHz; the 9D8-420822T performs up to 26 GHz. These Ethernet (802.3) based switch matrices can be easily accessed from anywhere in the world via TCP/IP protocols on 10BaseT networks. The switches can be also controlled using the CANBus interface. Each unit is supplied with the contact-less indicator circuitry monitoring the movement of the RF contact actuators using photo-sensors. Available options include external 2WCW 50W terminations installed on all termination ports.
