Its” newest product is a CANBus-based Switching Matrix (P/N 5012) equipped with a built-in Ethernet port. This product performs up to 18 GHz, providing a cost-effective 2 x 8 bidirectional switch matrix. Users can easily access this matrix from anywhere in the word via TCP/IP protocols on 10BaseT networks.

Each unit is equipped with a LCD front panel display and keypad for manual override and the Ethernet (802.3) for remote control. Enclosed in a low profile 5.25″(3U) 19″ rack mountable chassis, this switch matrix occupies less than 7″ of the rack depth. In addition, the enclosure and power supply is matched for EMI integrity. Dow-Key”s CANBus Switch Matrices are built with highly modular structures, permitting rapid assembly of customized systems with reduced lead times.
