David Wightman

Ventura, California – January, 2005 – David Wightman, President, Dow-Key Microwave, will now serve a dual role as President of Dow-Key and K&L Microwave. These market leading microwave product companies are both part of Dover Corporation and report to the newly formed Dover Electronics Subsidiary.

To assist him in his new responsibilities, Wightman appointed Adolf Cheung to General Manager, Dow-Key Microwave. In this capacity, Cheung will report directly to Wightman. His main objective will be to carry on Dow-Key”s focus on continuous improvement and superior customer service throughout the entire organization.

In addition, Julie Williams returns to Dow-Key as Territory Sales Manager responsible for Southern California and Canada. Ms. Williams, who most recently was at Ducommon Technologies, brings with her a wealth of market knowledge, customer relations skills, and switch expertise. Her main responsibility will be the development of new customers and opportunities.

Vince Harter, also from Ducommon, returns to Dow-Key as Product Line Sales Manager. While his main responsibility is to grow the MEMS product line, he will also support the Dow-Key sales group with proposal activity, customer technical interface, developing new contacts within the industry, and investigating products for new business opportunities.
