Dow-Key Microwave (a subsidiary of Dover Corp., NYSE:DOV) is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of electromechanical coaxial and waveguide switches, switch matrices, integrated modular assemblies, and related passive components. Its newest product is a CANbus-based Coaxial Switch Matrix System with Ethernet, GPIB, RS-232, RS-485, and CANbus control interfaces.

The 5047 switch performs from DC to 26.5 GHz and is configured as a 1X48 Switch Matrix. All unused output ports are terminated to 50Ω internal terminations. The EWAB version of this product is easily accessible from anywhere in the world via TCP/IP protocols on 10Base-T networks using HTTP 1.0 interface. This CANbus-based Switch Matrix is designed for signal routing applications but can also be used as a building block for numerous ATE applications.

Each unit, equipped with a LCD front panel display and keypad for manual override, is housed in a low profile 4U rack mountable chassis. This CANbus-based Switch Matrix offers an enclosure and power supply matched for EMI integrity. Impedance is 50 Ohms, and switching speed is 60 ms.
