|Waveguide switches are heavily used in Teleport systems for transmitting signals with narrow bandwidth at high frequencies with high power needs, where Dow-Key switches such as 30-series and 33-series can route signals up to 60 GHz. These switches are designed to operate in high temperature environments and are offered with very good isolation and insertion loss. Also, for weight sensitive applications, our Lightweight Waveguide WR-series switches are a perfect fit.
Coaxial Switches: SPDT and Transfer DPDT
||For wideband signals from DC to 40 GHz and for applications such as switching between two antenna signals using SPDT switches 401 and 402, or for routing two incoming signals to two outgoing paths using Transfer DPDT switches 411 and 412, Dow-Key provides RF switch solutions with many choices. Selections such as connector types, control signals, indicators, RF terminations, ruggedized or non-ruggedized environments, power level, and many more options are available.
Solid State Switch Matrix: FO-Series and FI-Series
|Many SATCOM applications require more sophisticated switching modules to support high density signals routing (transmitting and receiving). When dealing with many I/O signals the complexity of switching increases easily. Dow-Key matrix product line takes this burden away from the user and offer software controlled solutions for routing many input to output signals in a more simplified way.
For narrowband, low frequency and low power applications, Dow-Key solid state matrix product line is perfect. It is offered across HF-band, IF- band, VHF-band and L-band with I/O configurations starting from 6x6 up to 16x16 depending on switch model. Contact us for larger configurations.

SATCOM Integrated 19"Rack Solutions
|For high density switching needs, Dow-Key has both the expertise and the capability to custom design full rack SATCOM systems with complex switching requirements. Our C-band 32x64 solution, model 5096, is built using two 16x64 input moduels and four 32x16 modules together with a controller unit, touch screen and a fan controller unit to keep the system cool. A more sophisticated solution is model 5190/5191 duplex Teleport system. It is composed of two full loaded 19" racks with 48x12 (transmitter) and 12x48 (receiver) switch modules built using 12x12 sub-modules, signal monitoring panels, master-slave controller, fiber optics modules, power supply modules, signal attenuation control and L-band amplifiers across both transmitter and receiver racks.
