In automated test systems, the critical role switching segment plays in the overall testing is often overlooked and taken for granted. The performance of a test system is only as good the switches routing the signal, even with the most sophisticated test instruments.
We take pride in our ATE switch solutions to allow the user to test the UUT /DUT (unit under test / device under test) without worrying about the switching segment. We will take care of it for you. Our ATE solutions are available from DC up to 40 GHz and are offered with various software interfaces with minimum effort required to control the switch matrices.

Our matrices consist of building blocks:
- 1U/3U/4U/6U chassis or larger
- LCD/keypad or touch screen local control interface
- Expandability by cascading specific units using CANbus and with master/slave control capability
- Ethernet, RS-232, GPIB, EWEB (website interface), LNET (LXI) or SNMP remote control interfaces
- Dow-Key SCPI commands which can easily be embedded into test scripts.
- LabView Graphical User Interface (GUI) for visual representation of port settings and status check.
- Power combiners/dividers for fan-in/fan-out matrices
- Amplifiers and other passive components may be used on design basis.

|Our MS- series consists of multiple switches being mounted on the rear panel and can be reconfigured with SPDT (by terminating one DPDT port to 1x2), transfer DPDT (2x2), SP6T (1x6) and SP10T (1x10) switches. |Our multiplexer switch matrices offer the user the capability to route one input to as many as 100 outputs (it is bidirectional) or more if using SP12T switches. |Dow-Key understands the need of switching between more complex test setups may be required. Therefore, our CB-series crossbar matrices are an excellent choice that allows the engineer to test multiple UUT without having to connect and disconnect them from the test setup. A crossbar matrix allows the user to switch an input signal to any output port at a time.
